About the Presenters:

K.C. Klagos concentrates his practice on executive compensation, employee benefits and tax matters. Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, he was a senior tax and employee benefits associate in the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young, LLP. Along with his compensation and tax practice, K.C. dedicates his time on a pro bono basis preparing wills and power of attorney documents for the Wills For Heroes Foundation, a program which provides essential legal documents free of charge to our nation’s first responders.

Gustavo F. Vidal, CPA works at Vidal & Associates, Ltd., a full-service accounting, tax and consulting firm located in Niles, Illinois. The company provides audit engagements, corporate, individual income tax and consulting services to a diverse clientele that includes international taxation to clients with entities in Mexico and Central America. Gustavo also dedicates his time to serving on an educational institution’s board of directors as it’s finance chair.
