SHUTTLE SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
The Embassy Suites & Doubletree Hotel O’Hare-Rosemont provides complimentary shuttle service to and from O’Hare International Airport for our guests. Our shuttle van departs the hotel every 20 minutes. The first shuttle departs the hotel at 4:00 am and our last shuttle departs the hotel at 1:20 am.
- Retrieve your luggage from the baggage claim area located on the lower level of the airport.
- Follow the RED signs and arrows to the Bus/Shuttle Center. Red pavement arrows will direct you to elevators 3 or 4. Press the Bus/Shuttle Center or Chicago Cubs button.
- Our shuttle runs every 20 minutes and services the Embassy Suites, The Doubletree, and the Hilton Rosemont. Please look for a white shuttle van that has the three logos below AT DOOR #3. Our shuttle van should arrive shortly. We look forward to welcoming you.
- INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL 5-E: PLEASE CALL HOTEL DIRECTLY AT 847-292-9100 AND ARRANGE SHUTTLE PICK UP AT TERMINAL 5.
