Indiana University School of Optometry (IUSO) and the Indiana Optometric Association (IOA) are teaming up to provide a 16 hour comprehensive course and examination on Anterior Segment Laser Procedures. The two-day intensive course is scheduled for August 11-12, 2018, at Atwater Eye Care Center, 744 E. Third Street, Bloomington, IN. Successful completion of the course and examination will result in the granting of a certificate of completion by IUSO. Space is limited.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Should any scheduling changes be necessary, they will be posted on this webpage.
• All fees must be paid in advance. There will be no registration at the door.
• COPE Approval is pending for all courses.
• The 10 courses total 16 hours of credit which are eligible for IOB and Legend Drug Certificate Credit.
• This is an ASCO-Institution Sponsored Event.
• If you cannot attend the two-day intensive program, courses and the workshop will be presented incrementally over the period of one year, beginning with a two-hour lecture at Indiana OPTOMETRY’s Fall Seminar on October 3 and 4, 2018, at the Indiana Memorial Union.  

HOTEL INFORMATION

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Biddle Hotel and Conference Center for Friday, August 10, and Saturday, August 11. The group rate is $149 - $189 plus tax per night.  The hotel group code is INOPT.  The block is open until rooms sell out or July 10, 2018, whichever is earlier. Hotel guests will receive a complimentary parking pass upon check-in to the hotel.

PARKING

Parking is available in the Atwater garage located at the northeast corner across the street from the Indiana University School of Optometry or in the parking lot directly in front of IUSO across Atwater Avenue. Parking is free on weekends.

REFUND POLICY

 All requests for refunds must be made in writing and must be postmarked or sent via email no later than July 27, 2018.  Refund requests made on or before July 27, 2018, will receive a full refund.  Requests made between July 28 and August 10, 2018, will receive a 75% refund.  No refunds will be made after August 10, 2018.
