The USEPAs eManifest System

With Special Guest Speaker:

Tom Crosetto, RCRA Information Coordinator, U.S. EPA, Region 5

Please join us for a joint breakfast meeting of the A&WMA Lake Michigan States Section and the Environmental Committee of the Union League Club on Tuesday, June 19th as Mr. Tom Crosetto of U.S. EPA, Region 5 discusses the EPAs new e-Manifest system.  As of June 30th, the electronic manifest (or e-Manifests) system will be required for hazardous waste and any other wastes required to be manifested.  Mr. Crosetto will expand on his presentation at the recent A&WMA LMSS Waste Conference for an in-depth discussion of the key elements of the e-Manifest system, its implementation, use and a Q&A discussion. The e-Manifest system will modernize the nation’s cradle-to-grave hazardous waste tracking process while saving valuable time, resources, and dollars for industry and states. Mr. Crosetto is currently the Region 5 administrator of EPA's national RCRA activities tracking database, known as RCRAInfo, and is one of the Region's points of contact for the e-manifest program.
