VIP Speakers:

• Representative Tom Sloan: legislator and leader in the Kansas House of Representatives where he has served since 1994. Representative Sloan has served in many leadership roles in his 24-year legislative career. Most recently, Representative Sloan served as the Chair of the Water and Environment Committee, Chair of the Government, Technology, and Security Committee, and Chair of the 2017 Special Committee on Natural Resources.
