Join us for Hop & Brew SchoolŪ 2018! 

Join us as we celebrate the 14th Annual Hop & Brew SchoolŪ in Yakima, WA!

Hop and Brew SchoolŪ is an annual event offering craft brewers the opportunity to personally experience the thrill of hop harvest in Yakima. This exciting two-day event includes presentations on hop usage, recipe formulation, experimental varieties and more. Each class also includes a tour of the hop fields and YCH facilities.

Thursday - Friday, August 30-31, 2018 at Yakima Chief - Hopunion (YCH HOPS) in Yakima, WA
Cost: $275.00 including admission, on-site meals and transportation to and from event hotels

SPECIAL EVENT - Wednesday Night Reception
Plan to stay with us for the biggest night of Hop & Brew School!
Wednesday, August 29, 2018.
We'll have live music, plenty of great food and some amazing craft beer as a perfect send-off!

Refund Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be issued prior to July 31, 2017; a 50% refund will be available for cancellations through August 15, 2017. Please communicate any cancellations or changes in registration to our staff prior to August 15.

A complete list of presentaions and speakers will be released by August 1, 2018. 
Registration is limited and filled on a first come, first served basis.
Once event reaches capacity YCH HOPS will establish a waiting list.
