DBIA - NE Inaugural Lunch and Learn Series

 

This informal program will introduce potential project proposal teams to common elements in public and private sector design-build project offerings, including best value procurement evaluation, addressing minimum and comparative evaluation criteria, price and technical proposal components and understanding the “rule for award” in public sector design-build.  Practitioners will walk through a selected DB proposal as a case study.
