In 2018, HOMECorp marks 30 years of creating and preserving the ability to live affordably in our community – a home truly changes everything.
To celebrate, HOMECorp is honoring the 30 Most Memorable Montclair Moments over the past 30 years and paying homage to them live at its 30th anniversary event taking place on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, from 6 - 9pm at Mayfair Farms in West Orange. HOMECorp is pleased to announce that Lt. Governor Sheila Oliver will serve as the evening's keynote speaker.
The evening’s honorees are: Pamela S. Scott, Executive Director, Partners for Health Foundation as Community Honoree; William Scott, Co-Chair, Montclair Housing Commission Advocacy Honoree and Chair, Montclair NAACP Housing Committee and Paul Sionas, Principal of Sionas Architecture, Corporate Honoree.
Montclair Moments include: The acquisition and restoration of HOMECorp's first rental property on Historic Miller Street (1989), the opening of Montclair Film (2010) followed by the debut of Montclair Film Festival (2011), and the construction (2015) and final sale (2018) of Talbot Village, a six-unit condominium project created for low to moderate income-level residents.
