A former Executive Director of Small & Midsize Business  with the U. S. Chamber of Commerce for 25 years, Doug retired 3 years ago and joined Business Finance USA. His intimate knowledge of the financing needs of the South Florida and international business community has proven invaluable for the success of a diversified, long list of his customers. Mr. Hale specializes with companies in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, transportation, international business and government contracts. Doug also provides business valuations and is a Florida licensed insurance broker.       

 

Charles Brazier, Sr. Vice President –Trade River USA

Chuck is a successful professional with over 30 years of experience in the equipment lease and trade finance industries. Chuck has served as SVP, EVP and President in a variety of equipment finance companies.  In 1993, as a partner with Oakmont Financial Corporation, Chuck assisted in the successful merger of Oakmont and Heritage Credit Service Inc.  As Oakmont EVP/COO, he established a successful wholesale division, which was merged into First Sierra Financial Services, a publicly traded corporation, in 1997. Chuck continued with First Sierra as Senior VP of the wholesales division, where he oversaw organizational restructuring, resulting in consistent multi-million dollar annual growth, year-over-year. Mr. Brazier was affiliated with the United Association of Equipment Leasing (UNEL) where he served in many diverse capacities ranging from committee chairs to President in 2001.

Jorge is a financial services industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He specializes in providing business owners solutions to increase revenue, protect their assets, reduce taxes and able to engineer favorable succession plans. From 1996 to 2016, Jorge has had the opportunity to work with New York Life, Travelers Life & Annuity, Nationwide Financial, Mass Mutual, The Hartford and Metlife.  He has had the opportunity to learn and develop his specialty and experience working with high net worth individuals and business owners providing insurance based solutions to protect and distribute assets while helping minimize the tax burden..Jorge is also a Registered Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in the following states: Florida, Alabama, California, Colorado, Texas, Missouri, NY and Puerto Rico.
