Indiana Legislative Update

Attorneys and local state legislators Ryan Dvorak and Joseph Zakas will provide us with an update on recently passed and proposed legislation and how it relates to us locally and to the practice of law.

Of particular interest to attorneys this year will be new laws effective July 1st that relate to HEA 1303 allows for electronic wills, trusts and powers of attorney, and SEA 372 allows for remote notarization.

There will be an opportunity for questions and answers as well.
