Airport transportation: Shuttles to and from the hotel may be booked in advance here.  Round trip fare will be approximately $24 and travel time is estimated between 30-45 minutes. You may also take the TriMet public transit system from the airport to within 1/4 mile of the hotel. Fare is only $2.50, and details can be found here. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Conference Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be received at VisionServe Alliance via e-mail thirty (30) days before conference.

A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100.00 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received thirty (30) days before conference.

Please note: No refunds will be given after September 28, 2018. Written requests for cancellation and consideration of a refund after September 28 must be emailed to rmayros@visionservealliance.org
