Course Description:  Level II Training continues through the heart of The Pumphrey Method®, specialized music training and amusia therapy.  You will learn the complete sequencing of each module of training by building and expanding on the cognitive, tonal, vocal and movement techniques of Level I.

The Pumphrey Method® is the creation of Laurel Pumphrey, and all intellectual property rights in The Pumphrey Method®, training in how to teach The Pumphrey Method®, and all training materials are wholly owned by Laurel Pumphrey Music, LLC.   In exchange as a condition of participating in training in The Pumphrey Method®, I agree that:

1.  Training and training materials, including the ideas and concepts therein, have been provided to me subject to a limited license to use them to teach my students using The Pumphrey Method®.  I understand and agree that these materials are the confidential and proprietary property of Laurel Pumphrey Music, LLC, and cannot be copied, used or disclosed for any other purpose without the express written permission of Laurel Pumphrey Music, LLC.  I understand and agree that all content included in these materials, such as text, photos, and logos, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other rights, which are owned and/or controlled by Laurel Pumphrey Music, LLC.  I understand and agree that these materials or any portion of these materials may not be modified, published, reproduced, duplicated, copied, uploaded, downloaded, posted, transmitted, sold, or otherwise exploited for any purpose that is not expressly permitted by Laurel Pumphrey Music, LLC, and that any unauthorized use will automatically terminate the license granted by Laurel Pumphrey Music, LLC.

2.  I agree to only disclose the content of the training and the materials in the course of teaching my students using The Pumphrey Method®.

3.  I agree not to train other teachers in the use of The Pumphrey Method® or hold myself out as training others in the use of The Pumphrey Method®.

4.  I agree to identify my use of The Pumphrey Method® as use of The Pumphrey Method®.  I also agree not to identify my use of other methods as use of The Pumphrey Method®.
