It's no secret that people with greater influence achieve better results. They more easily earn support for their ideas, and they are much more likely to contribute to company goals.

In this program, participants explore a variety of ways to persuade others, including identifying the various strengths each brings to the table when it comes to influencing and creating positive change.

Mentoring for Success (PM)

This program is intended to provide the successful structure and support mentors need as they begin and journey through their relationships with their mentees. Topics covered include: setting clear expectations up front; how to begin and build the relationship; using a mentoring framework for consistent conversations; holding each other accountable; and engaging an easy and constructive feedback process.

1:00 – 3:00 PM 

These classes qualify for CEUs from SHRM.

Cost to attend is $125 per session or $200 for both sessions! If you register more than one person from your organization each additional attendee is only $100 a session.
