From Holiday Market in Chester, turn right (N) on Main St/HWY 36, turn left on Willow St which forces a left turn onto Meadowbrook Loop, just after passing the baseball fields Almanor Recreation Center is on the right next to the Almanor Recreation and Parks District office.
