2019 REC Summit Session Proposal

The Conference Program Team is seeking proven professionals gifted as dynamic presenters who are excited to share vital program and educational information with our park, recreation and therapeutic recreation professionals. 

BEFORE PROCEEDING you must have the following information in order to complete this online submission:

• Title of Session & brief description (for marketing purposes)
• Co-presenters name(s) and email 
• Days/times NOT AVAILABLE to present during conference
• AV you will be bringing (make and model of laptop)
• Session room set-up needs
• A 2 page vitae or resume to send to appropriate Program Chairs (listed on left side bar)

NOTE: Complete session submission in one continous session so you are not timed out and the data entered is lost. A confirmation will be sent to the MAIN SPEAKER upon hitting "Submit". If you do not receive a confirmation the program information will need to be re-entered. 

Presenters will not be compensated and must be willing to incur their own associated travel expenses, unless otherwise arranged. We thank you for your incredible donation of time, expertise and generousity in giving back to the profession.

Upon submission of this proposal, NYSRPS will contact you within 3 days for additional information to ensure your session qualifies for Continuing Education Credits (CEUS). Only sessions approved for CEUs will be alllowed on the program, with the exception of Exhibitor Workshops. If you do not get contacted within 3 days, please contact NYSRPS.
