Dear Vendors ~
Greetings from The Hartsbrook School!

We hope you are enjoying summer in beautiful New England and are busy making preparations for the season to come. We invite you to consider joining us at Hartsbrook's annual Holiday Fair. For more than 25 years, families in the Pioneer Valley have looked forward to our fair, known for its high-quality, hand-crafted items made of natural materials.  We offer space for local vendors whose offerings resonate with our community's spirit -- warmth, wonder, joy and wholesomeness.

This year we plan to relocate all our vendors to the 2nd floor of Hartsbrook Hall. This location has the advantage of:

  • Large, bright rooms and hallways (with large bathrooms off the center of the hall)
  • Easy access via a large modern elevator across from a special entrance just for vendors
  • Special entrance is adjacent to premium parking next to Hartsbrook Hall
  • We also plan to have easy to spot volunteers to help you get settled.
  • The booth spaces have been expanded to an area of 8'x6'.

FAIR DATES:

Holiday Fair:  Saturday, November 17, 2018, 10:00am - 3:30pm
Holiday Fair Shopping Bazaar (adults only): Friday, November 16, 2018, 6:00pm - 8:00pm

APPLICATION PROCESS: Click "Register Now" (below)
Application deadline: September 15, 2018
Status notification: As received or by September 20, 2018

Applications received after the deadline will be accepted on a rolling basis until all booths are filled.  Priority will be given to vendors who are participating on both Friday and Saturday.

All proceeds from our volunteer run Holiday Fair return back to the Hartsbrook School to support our Waldorf curriculum, dedicated to nurturing the unique spirit of each of our children. For more about The Hartsbrook School :  http://www.hartsbrook.org/ .

In this spirit, do we request that each vendor donate to Hartsbrook School one modest item which will be added to baskets that will be raffled to our fair visitors.

Thanks for being part of our community!
