Imagine you are at a French Market filled with fresh cheeses and summer French dishes! Chef Deja Hart of Newport Cooks and Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Barn Dairy Farm will co-teach this hands on class where we’ll learn to make 2 cheeses - Farmers Cheese & Paneer (Grilling Cheese). We will use the Farmer’s Cheese and Paneer in 3 light French market style dishes and taste everything with complimentary wines. Class Menu: Farm Cheese & Leek Tart, Pan Seared Paneer w/ Swiss Chard, Raisins w/ Pine Nuts & Roasted Peaches.
