Made with protein packed nuts, nutrient rich dried and fresh fruits and no grains or refined sugar these desserts aren’t your grandmother’s recipes. In this hands-on class we’ll learn to make: Blueberry Cheesecake with a Lemon Basil Sauce, Raw Chocolate Mint Mousse Pie with Coconut Whipped Cream and Pistachio Coconut Ice Cream with a Simple Raw Hot Fudge topped with Fresh Berries. Best of all, we’ll eat everything we make and taste wines to compliment the desserts.
