Cool Summer Desserts with Chef Leah Rosin-Pritchard

These delicious chilled desserts, perfect for picnics and al fresco dining, will have you begging for more of Chef Leah’s recipes! Made with protein packed nuts, nutrient rich dried and fresh fruits and no grains or refined sugar these desserts aren’t your grandmother’s recipes. In this hands-on class we’ll learn to make: Blueberry Cheesecake with a Lemon Basil Sauce, Raw Chocolate Mint Mousse Pie with Coconut Whipped Cream and Pistachio Coconut Ice Cream with a Simple Raw Hot Fudge topped with Fresh Berries. Best of all, we’ll eat everything we make and taste wines to compliment the desserts.
