An Evening in Capri! with Chef Deja Hart
Let us sweep you away to the Island of Capri (in Italy's Bay of Naples) famed for its rugged landscape, upscale hotels and limoncello! In this hands-on and demonstration style class Chef Deja Hart will lead us through a delightful menu of Fiori di Zucca Ripieni – Fried, yet delicate, zucchini flowers stuffed with salty anchovies and sweet, creamy ricotta. Scialatielli - a fresh ribbon pasta, made from a dough of flour, water, parmigiano & fresh basil, sautéed with the freshest seafood and vegetables & Torta Caprese, a local chocolate and almond cake. We will taste everything we make along with a wine and limoncello tasting to compliment the menu.
