Using the theme of "gratitude" through all the sessions, we will use prayer, music, easy movement, free resources and shared experiences for aging gracefilly no matter our limitations of busy, transportation, etc. Each session will contain something creative and a surprise to take home with you as a reminder of our topic. The session has a fee and includes noon prayer and lunch with the sisters.
