Special Meeting for Owner-Occupied Duplexes and Triplexes

Oakland City Council is proposing to remove the Just Cause exemption for owner-occupied duplexes and triplexes. EBRHA opposes this proposed ballot measure. In preparation, EBRHA members are encouraged to attend this meeting to voice their concerns, create talking points, and learn how to fight this proposal head on. Open to EBRHA members only.
