15th Annual Traffic Club of the LV Clam Bake and Golf Outing

The Traffic Club of the Lehigh Valley invites you to our Annual Clam Bake & Golf Outing. This is a great day of networking, fun, friends, food, & golf, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting our scholarship fund. The event is very well attended every year so sign up soon!

Registration starts at 9am, followed by a 10am Shotgun Start. Format is a four person scramble.

Lunch from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the turn with hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage, salads, draft beer, & soft drinks.

Liquid refreshments available through the day with one six-pack of beer/soda per cart provided. No personal coolers please.

Dinner starts at 4pm with your choice of lobster, steak, or chicken. Accompaniments will include corn on the cob, salads, beans, clam chowder, and of course steamed clams!!

There will be a 50/50 raffle, skill prizes, and our annual door prize auction with a great selection of gifts.

Reservation Deadline is Sunday August 12th, 2018.

Payment must be received prior to the reservation deadline, no money will be accepted the day of the event. Unpaid reservations will not be held. It is LVTC policy that paid reservations must be cancelled prior to the stated reservation deadline in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the stated deadline or for no-shows to the event. Payments made by check must be received one (1) week prior to the event date. All reservations made within the week prior to the event must be made online by credit card.
