PennSTART Luncheon 

Join the American Planning Association Pennsylvania Chapter, WTS Central PA, and ASHE Harrisburg to learn about PennSTART, an exciting partnership between PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and Penn State to provide opportunities including traffic research, emergency management training, and automated vehicle testing.
