House-soiling (depositing urine and/or feces in and around the home) is the #1 reason why cats present to veterinary behaviorists – and why many cats are relinquished to shelters. It's no surprise that it's arguably #1 when it comes to research into companion animal behavior problems.
This lecture covers new advancements in training felines to reacclimate to using the litter box and why cats are prone to inappropriate defecation/ urination. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of the behavioral aspects and remedies for feline house-soiling.
