Register now for a class on sports photography. With the start of Little League season as well as school sports, now's the time to learn how to take better shots of your child during their sporting events. You will learn the proper settings to use on your camera, the best lenses to use and how to get the best shots with the lens that you have.
Those interested in photographing professional sporting events are welcome. Joe would love to share with you the secrets of good sports photography!
The instructor, Joe Raymond, has over 30 years experience both as a photographer for the South Bend Tribune and a freelance photographer. The class is on Wednesday, August 1st from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and the cost is $49.
For best results, bring a DSLR camera and a lens with a focal length of at least 200mm, however, this is not required.
Ed Ballotts, Former Deputy Director of Photography Detroit News and former staff photographer South Bend Tribune said, "Worked with Joe for a number of years in South Bend...if you are interested in shooting sports at any level, you'll learn from the best!!!"
