An Evening on the Amalfi Coast with Chef Deja

A visit to the Amalfi Coast is an opportunity to travel the most idyllic and scenic hillsides in all of Italy.  Mediterranean panoramas of coastal mountains plunging into the sea with picturesque towns and lush forests is what you see when you smell notes of lemon while exploring the region. Join us for an authentic Amalfi Coast dinner of Pesce all'acua pazza (Fish Poached in "Crazy Water"), Ndunderi (Amalfi Ricotta and Farro Flour Dumplings) & Delizia al Limone (Lemon Delight).  We will enjoy everything we make and taste wines to go with our menu.
