Mykonos Island is known for it's gourmet restaurants and hip dinner spots, as well as it's picturesque little tavernas by the sea, where one can sit down and have a glass of ouzo accompanied by delicious "mezedes" (a selection of small dishes). In this class we will explore these flavorful Greek Tapas and taste ouzo to go with the menu: Grilled Eggplant Spread (Melitzanosalata) with Toasted Pita Chips, Fennel & Herb Pyllo Pastries (Hortopita), Spicy Feta Spread (Tyrokafteri) and Lamb Meatballs (Keftedakia Arni) with Tzatziki Sauce. We'll eat everything we make in class and taste ouzo to compliment the menu.
Class fee: $75/person.
