We would personally like to invite you to participate in the 2019 investment fund for Capital Ingenuity and Innovative Solution Partners L.P. (C.I.I.S.). The terms will all be included in an investor information packet with specific term details. This $9.9 million capital fund is limited to only accredited investors and will be subscribed in $100,000 / unit increments. The industries for each investment fund are: Oil Field Services and Business to Business (including healthcare). There will be a separate subscription for each investment. The expected duration of investment is 4-7 years for each fund. The terms and expected targeted return rates are 21% to 34% (depending on A Units and B Units).
