Overview of CQL Basic Assurances®, Personal Outcome Measures® and Network Accreditation
Join us for a brief, high-level overview of the CQL Council on Quality and Leadership's tools and processes which will be used to move Maryland DDA toward CQL Network Accreditation. CQL Accreditation includes validation of the presence of basic assurance systems for health, safety and human security, a focus on the delivery of person-centered services and supports, assessments of current status of quality of life and quality of service with a variety of organizational performance metrics, and ongoing support for quality improvement and statewide quality management. Participants will spend an interactive few hours and leave with a better understanding of each of these tools, the underlying values and how CQL Network Accreditation moves systems toward enhanced quality of life outcomes.
This session is targeted to families and individuals receiving DDA services now or in the future. Click below to register for the Aug 21 session.
