By 2025, it is estimated that the millennial generation (those born between 1980 and 2000) will make up 75% of the world’s working population.  How do millennials shape the workplace?  What are their characteristics and professional motivations?  This class offers to assist managers in harnessing common ground across generations to improve interactions and communication.  Learn tips on how to recognize and utilize Millennial learning styles, promote collaboration and trust, and how to hire and retain members of this generation.
