Join me, Life Coach Paula Holland De Long, to explore your inner wisdom and create beautiful cards that speak to what is happening in your life. Wisdom Cards support healing and personal growth by helping us identify and integrate our diverse inner parts, the beautiful ones and shadowy ones, the easy-to-like ones, and the harder-to-like ones. You collage one aspect of yourself at a time on its own individual card, and use the cards you create for guidance on an ongoing basis.

The cards above are ones I've created for myself. I love the Wisdom Card Process (based on SoulCollage® by Seena Frost) because it facilitates deep healing; allows anyone to create from the heart; and the time spent is incredibly rejuvenating.
