Sake is the national drink of Japan, with a history going back at least 2000 years. It is also so much more than that stereotypical small warm cup most Americans tend to have at the Sushi bar. Join us and SSI Certified Sake Sommelier Michael Russell for an in-depth discussion, sampling and light food paring for varying grades and styles of Japanese sake. Event will also involve a selection of high-quality Japanese micro beers.
