Dementia is a common condition, most often affecting the elderly, with 1 in 8 people over age 65 having some form of dementia. Most people with dementia are living in the community and are our neighbors and friends. The Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance is working with dementia friendly coalitions to spread the word to businesses, organizations, and citizens in your community.
