Dr. Joseph McManus                                         DMD, MS, MHA, MBA, MS, FACD                                             Dr. McManus has practiced pediatric dentistry for over 25 years and isnow a consultant for Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions. Inaddition, he serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Dental Medicine at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and as the Director of Practice Management. With a degree in pediatric dentistry from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and four masters’ degrees, Dr. McManus has lectured at many dental schools and national dental meetings on practice transitions.

  Sara Marterella                                                                          Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions                           Sara joins Henry Schein with over 25 years of experience in business operations and practice management consulting. For the last 15 years, she has been a practice management consultant focused on implementing systems to improve profitability and providing transition consulting services.  In 2009, she established her own dental consulting company to further improve practice value for dentists. Sara brings a wealth of knowledge to the Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Michigan.

Doug Sellan                                         Bank of America Practice Solutions                                             Doug has nearly 30 years of banking experience with 25 years specifically focused on healthcare lending. Doug has managedvarious markets, sectors and products. In 2016, Doug transitioned back to a Regional Business Development Manager rolefocusing on acquisition financing for dentists in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and West Virginia.
