Public Policy Committee Meeting 

Presentations by Pima County and the City of Tucson:

This month the Committee will be hearing from both Pima County and the City of Tucson.

First, Eric Shepp, Deputy Director and Floodplain Administrator for Pima Count Flood Control District will brief the group on the County's proposed Facility Impact Permit. Review the proposed rules HERE

 The Committee will then have a chance to provide feedback and suggest edits to the permit.  

Second, Clayton Trevillyan, Chief Building Official at the City of Tucson will present changes to the Building Code as proposed by the Consolidated Code Committee. These changes will go before Mayor and Council for adoption on October 19th.
