2018 WIFSPDX Annual Dinner

This year's theme is "Build Your Dream Team!" We are excited to announce this year's keynote speaker, Richard Lucas!
As a graduate of University of Oregon and a four year letterman of the men's basketball team, Richard has a lot of stories about being on a "dream team." Since then, he has had a celebrated career in the insurance industry where he built teams, supported, and advanced women in the industry. In seven years, Richard built a book of business that has included 2000 households and managed a team of four assistants and producers. Richard has won several awards for top sales and has been the Rose Quarter BNI President.
Richard is an engaging and entertaining speaker. He will be touching on:

- What makes a team a "dream team"
- What are the best team attributes
- Dysfunctional team attributes (and what to do about them!)
- Thinking about your own team, your role, and the other "player's" roles
