Tai chi: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based program proven to help older adults to improve their balance, reduce the likelihood of falling, and improve fitness. Research has shown that people who complete the program are half as likely to fall and are less fearful about falling!

Should an cancellation occur for the September 2018 class, you will be notified on a first come, first serve basis and given the option to join the class. Otherwise, you will be contacted when the spring date has been booked.
Classes are held for 1-hour, once a week, for 24 weeks
