  Commercialization Conference

Wednesday, September 19, 2018

Are you ready to move your product to commercialization?  Are you a prior SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) I and II awardees?  Have you proven your technology works and there is a market need and are now ready for significant investment outside of research and development?  Please join us for this half day conference to learn from experts and other successful businesses on commercialization best practices.

AGENDA:

8:00am   Continental Breakfast/Registration/Resource Tables

8:30am-9:30am   Building a Winning Team Panel - Learn from experts and prior award winners how to assess the skills you bring to your team, identify team skill gaps, use local resources to find team members and what are team needs from idea through commercialization.

9:45am-10:45am   Choose One Concurrent Session:  Technology Commercialization, Health Care Commercialization or General Commercialization - Each session will focus on the unique needs of commercialization in the title sector.  Panelists will discuss how to develop a clear message for your company and products; identify and research your customers; map your commercialization strategy; and learn successful strategies from your peers.

11:00am-12:00pm   Financing Panel/Conclusion - A financing panel of experts will detail ways to fund post SBIR/STTR (Small Business Technology Transfer) winners projects into commercialization with traditional and non-traditional financing, investors and other unique funding sources.


Workshop Fee:  $35 payment made through PayPal (PayPal account not required), must have a credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover).
