CROP FEE: $250 (FRIDAY 10AM - SUNDAY 4PM)
ADD ON : $25 (THURSDAY NIGHT 7PM - MIDNIGHT)
What does your crop fee include?
- Over 50 hours of cropping space with your OWN 6 FOOT TABLE! (AS ALWAYS – CROP SPACE IS A TOP PRIORITY!)
- 24 HOURS cropping on Friday and Saturday - the crop room doesn't close!!!
- Electricity at every table (no extra fee!)
- A deluxe, yet affordable and fun, weekend!
- Meals: Friday & Saturday dinner; Sunday lunch
- A gift from us every day!
- FREE parking!
- Location! Location! Location! Easily accessed off Rt 495
- GAMES! All weekend we will play various games to set the mood for FUN – and yes, there will be prizes!!!
- RAFFLES! Included in your package price are raffle tickets for prizes that will be raffled off throughout the weekend.
- CONTESTS! There will be several contests during our weekend Prizes will be awarded!
- SCRAP-A-WAY SWEEPSTAKES! Our signature event for the weekend (and is INCLUDED in your package price). Earn Croppin' Cash all weekend and redeem for special raffle tickets ~ what would YOU do for croppin' cash???
- Shopping - on-site stores for your shopping convenience – everything you need for the perfect scrapbook page!
- On-site chair massages available ($1 per minute)
Your crop fee DOES NOT include hotel stay
You must call the hotel directly (SEE BELOW) to book your room. We have secured the following rates that include breakfast.
$120 per night......single/double occupancy
$130 per night.......triple occupancy
$140 per night .......quad occupancy
The above rates include a breakfast buffet in the Clearwater Cafe each morning.
