Certified Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEB's) will receive a 25% discount (JSEB25) and Disadvantaged and Minority Business Enterprises (DBE's/ MBE's) will receive a 10% discount (DBE10 or MBE10) on sponsorship packages. Please only one discount can be used with sponsorship packages.

The Certifications for JSEB, DBE and MBE are defined as:

- A certified JSEB (from the City of Jacksonville)

- A certified DBE or MBE (from any qualified agency, i.e. FDOT, JTA or Federal Agency)
