International Coastal Clean-Up Event

at Kingman Island

Join WAN's Community Service Committee as we continue our efforts to help cleanup the Anacostia watershed. We will be joining forces with the Ocean Conservancy for an International Coastal Cleanup event on Kingman Island to remove trash and debris before it makes its way to the ocean.

Breakfast, lunch, and supplies will be provided.  Please wear close towed shoes and bring a reusable water bottle.

A free shuttle service will be available from the Stadium-Armory metro stop, available from the Orange, Blue, and Silver metro lines.
