Cultural Awareness is much more than a list of Does & Don’t’s. Our behavior happens in a cultural context, driven by underlying beliefs, shaping our worldview.

Bringing people with diverse backgrounds together can be very exciting and innovative. However, if not managed well, it can create confusion, frustration and inefficiencies. To manage cultural differences is to manage perceptions. By exploring both our commonalities and differences, we will learn how best to use both to your advantage. This workshop provides you an insight into cultural influences in the work environment with a focus on the American, Japanese and German cultural interactions. We explore similarities and differences, common pitfalls and tools and strategies to navigate through them. A fun and interactive experience with concrete solutions.
