Individual Volunteer Registration

ONLY REGISTER HERE IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL BE VOLUNTEERING AT THE CONFERENCE ALONE! 

   Please read the descriptions below for information on the teams available and their tasks

• Program Team – assist Program Team Leader to ensure the programs move according to schedule. 
• Speaker Hospitality Team – assist Speaker Team Leader by being assigned as a Speaker Hospitality Hostess to communicate speakers’ and entertainers’ needs.
• Registration Team– assist Registration Team Leader with all registration needs. Your good interpersonal and intake skills will ensure the registration process runs smoothly.
• Guest Services Team (Age limit: 18 and up ONLY) – assist the Guest Services Team Leader with greeting all attendees, ushering, maintaining facility and ensuring that all of guests needs are met.
• Ambassador Team – assist in group check-in, distributing bags to attendees and helping on-site registrants to appropriate check-in. 
• Food Service Team -  assist Food Service Team Leader with preparation and set up/clean up of lunch.
• Vendor Team – assist Vendor Team Leader with attending to vendors throughout the conference.
• Door Prize Team -  assist Door Prize Team Leader with preparing and passing out prizes.
• Decorations Team – assist Decorations Team Leader with preparation and decoration set up
• Parking Team – assist Parking Team Leader with managing all parking for conference attendees, ensuring smooth traffic flow.
