Event: "ARPKD/CHF Conference, Empowering the Patient," hosted by the ARPKD/CHF Alliance and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition

Location:  At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 324th S. 34th Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19104-4399, Strokes Auditorium in the hospital main building just past the lobby.

Who should attend?  Parents, caregivers, teens, and adults affected by this disease.  

Cost:  $40.00/person, this includes all food/refreshments/handout materials.

Time:  check-in at 10:30 am, conference is scheduled from 11 am to 7:30 pm.

Most guests are staying at the Holiday Inn Express Midtown-Philadelphia, 1305 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, P.A., 19107 (breakfast included).  Call 267-765-2861 for reservations.

Parking passes will be available for The Children's Hospital of Philadelpia's parking lot.

Friday Early Bird Social, November 2, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 pm at McGillin's Olde Ale House, a 2-3 minute walk from the Holiday Inn Express-Midtown (block of rooms above), each attendee is responsible for their own food/drinks.
