The PrePose Method's Yoga Retreat in Umbria, Italy. 

We found it! The perfect spot to ignite your yoga practice and your heart! An 8 day/7 night yoga holiday at Locanda del Gallo, a 13th century villa  located in scenic Umbria, Italy. Start each day with an energizing yoga flow followed by breakfast in the garden.

Your Yoga Retreat to Italy includes:

• 8 days/7 nights accommodation at Locanda del Gallo, Gubbio, Italy. A gorgeous Italian villa nestled into the Italian countryside

• 3 fresh, healthful Mediterranean meals daily beginning with dinner on June 15 through breakfast on June 22 ( all dietary requests will be honored at time of booking  including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free etc…). La Locanda uses organic vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden, olive oil from the olive grove, home made yoghurt, cakes and breads. One lunch during day trip not included.

• Twice daily yoga ( 1.15 hour morning yoga flow class and 1.15 hour PrePose yoga class) 4-5 of the 7 full days, except for wine tasting day and full day trip when there will be one class

• Use of the Yoga shala and all props

• Use of all facilities including salt water pool, jacuzzi spa and steam bath

• Day trip to Assisi with regional wine tasting and lunch at the winery

• Day trip to Perugia (we will have have lunch on our own today)

• ½ day trip to Gubbio Market with its spectacular ceramic shops

• A regional Italian cooking class at the Locanda

• Waterfall Hike

• Daily cleaning

• Airfare to Rome (nonstops available from EWR and PHL)

• Fly to Rome and from Rome we arrange group transport to the Locanda (cost determined by how many travel together). To try to keep costs down for the transport once in Italy, please check with us before  booking your flights so we can suggest the best arrival time. The travel time via van from the airport is about 2.5 hours. We are anticipating about $75 each way per person with 1 pick up time TBD.

• Wine or other alcohol, specialty drinks, cappuccino, bottled water. There is a guest kitchen with an honor bar/fridge filled with local wines, beer, bottled water, as well as a cappuccino, espresso machine. Or bring your own wine for a $5 corkage fee

• Tennis courts (located 10 minutes away)

• Championship Golf course 30 minutes away

Per person rates for this retreat are outlined below. Please book early to secure your preferred type of occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 22. A non-refundable $500 deposit per person is required to secure your space on this retreat. We will contact you to safely store your credit card information and set up a payment schedule for you. Everyone is required to pay at least 75% of their full cost by March 1st, and 100% by May 1st.
