Our Keynote Speaker:

Police Chief Jeri Williams, Phoenix Police Department

Jeri Williams is the Police Chief of the Phoenix Police Department and has nearly three decades of experience in law enforcement. She manages the largest municipal police department in the state with roughly 2400 sworn and civilian staff members. She believes in leadership under the philosophy of the Power of One and has five focus areas which serve as a guiding directive for all functions of the Department. Chief Williams' main points of pride are her faith and family which serve as her foundation.

Justin Vallese, Special Agent, FBI Los Angeles

Justin M. Vallese is a Special Agent with FBI Los Angeles Field Office who is part of a computer intrusion squad comprised of Special Agents, Intelligence Analysts and Computer Scientists. This squad is responsible for conducting National Security and Criminal computer intrusion investigations which have global impact. As Cyber Program Coordinator for FBI Los Angeles, SA Vallese was responsible for outreach and liaison with private sector partners, as well as interfacing with the FBI's Cyber Division and various US Intelligence Community partners. Prior to his work in the cyber arena, SA Vallese was assigned to work Financial Crimes, Internet Fraud, and Intellectual Property Rights investigations at the FBI Los Angeles.
