Wine Fundamentals

Wine Structure and Assessment & Wine Faults

We will have a 2 part Fundamental Classs to introduce you to wine. The cost for these sessions is $80 per person; this includes the wines poured at each class and all of the educational materials distributed at each session. Both sessions take approximately 3 hours to complete and will start at 1:30 pm on Saturday.

Our very own Specialist Kirk Kennedy will guide the class into a realm of wine. Kirk is certified by the International Sommelier Guild, The Society of wine Education, and The Wine Scholar Guild of France.
Kirk utilizes his unique and entertaining teaching style to bring wines to life in a fun, informative and down-to-earth learning environment. His wine education events all serve to support his philosophy that “The best glass of wine is a glass shared with family and friends.”

The goal is simple: To help you learn how to assess and appreciate wine in a comfortable and entertaining environment.
