Winter 2019 Study Skills and Reading Comprehension
Our study skills class is for students in grades 7-11 and will focus on:
* Comprehension strategies
* Test taking
* Time management
* Study reading
* Self management
* Concentration
* Note taking
* Listening
* Class participation
* Learning and memory
Class meets for 10 Thursdays, Jan 31-April 11, 2019 from 3:45-5:15pm at The Reading Center.
Tuition of $275 includes study skills notebook and a pre-screening meeting with the instructor.
Other Details for All Classes:
- Full payment for classes is due at the time of registration online, or within one week if paying by mail, to keep your student's place in the class. If you wish to set up a payment plan, please contact our bookkeeper, Gade Grinnell at 507-288-5271.
- Partial scholarships are available for qualified famiies on a first-come, first-served basis. See our website for a scholarship application.
- Each child requires a separate registration, and will receive a separate confirmation email.
