The Joy of Letting Go: A 5Rhythms New Years Workshop with Ronny Temple

How do we stay fluid and resilient as we move through life? How do we release what we no longer need? How do we stay vulnerable and available to the needs of the moment, the call of the heart, the song of life?

Although we often feel otherwise, the shapes we take as we transit our daily lives are neither fixed nor static. The truth is that human being is a verb, not a noun, that we are ever-changing, ever-evolving- with an essential nature unfixed and unlimited. Letting go, with ease and grace, is a key life skill well worth nurturing.

Please join us on the cusp of the New Year for a 5Rhythms® movement exploration into the art of living fluidly, the power of taking shape, and most especially, the Joy of Letting Go. Enter 2019 released, refreshed, empowered, and renewed.

Workshop Registration: $205

Visiting Olympia
If you are joining us from out-of town, Welcome! To start, we suggest you make your travel plans as soon as possible. If you are flying in, you will want to arrive at Seattle International Aiport (SEA). Olympia is about an hour drive south from there. There are many wonderful lodging choices in Olympia. Click Here to go directly to the Accomodations Page of the OlyWaves website. Many of the lodgings listed, as well as many fine restaurants, are within walking distance of the Fusion. Another lodging option, that is available on a first-come basis, is to stay with a local host-dancer. We do ask guests to share some monetary love with their local hosts as a way of saying thanks. For more info and to request a home-stay contact Ronny Temple. Please note that we will do our best but we do not guarantee that we can find you a home-stay.
