Nathan Pancrazi, Advisor - Keyser
Nathan Pancrazi has over 5 years of experience representing both Tenants and Landlords for office, flex, industrial, educational and medical property types. Nathan’s experience representing Landlords has provided valuable insight into Ownership’s underwriting structures giving his clients the competitive advantage in negotiations. Real estate costs are typically the second largest expense on a company’s balance sheet and Nathan understands how to negotiate the most aggressive net effective rates for his clients freeing up capital for ancillary business units. He has exclusively represented Tenants both locally and nationally on lease renewals, site selection, relocations, negotiation of economic incentives, lease versus own analysis, purchase assignments, facility disposition, strategic planning and subleasing. Additionally, Nathan will provide a Lease Abstract and Executive Summary for clients to help them with remembering key dates as well as stage negotiations for improving contractual and economic obligations for upcoming lease renewals.
Kari Hartman - Keyser
Kari brings a unique set of business and management skills to Keyser. Her experience in various industries including real estate, construction and healthcare allow her to better relate to her clients and deliver solutions that cater to their business needs. Ms. Hartman sits on the Board of the Arizona chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management and is a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council. Kari has been invited to speak and has been published by AZ Big Media and CoreNet Global. Kari graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.
